It all started in 2011. 
King Jouet was then looking for an innovative solution allowing them to sell bulky out-of-stock products and above all allowing them to no longer say “NO” to a customer.

Historical needs which still remain at the heart of the group’s strategy today. A strategy which is confronted by a strong appropriation of the sales team thus resulting in a turnover in constant evolution from the beginning.

TERMINAL & BRANDED TERMINAL

The Terminal is an interactive device designed for the customer. It includes the entire catalog of the brand. The customer can compare several products, put them in the basket and order them. A screensaver also broadcasts the group's advertisements.


The branded Terminal allows brands such as LEGO, PLAYMOBIL or BRUDER to broadcast fully personalized advertising on the screensaver. The branded terminal presents all the product ranges in store.

SMARTPHONE FOR vendOrs

The Smartphone for vendors is a device designed for the salesforce. It becomes the extension of his arm on a daily basis and assists him in his business tasks.

Different features allow it to be more efficient. Thus, he can label, receive and carry out inventories thanks to the logistic-in-store also possible thanks to the barcode reader of the mobile app. Sales teams can also take orders from customers and access to their history.

TEAM ANIMATION

To achieve such important phygital maturity, KING JOUET has really relied on the change management of its teams, whether at head office or in store.

The sales teams were trained in phygital commerce and in-store devices. Also, KING JOUET has put and regularly sets up performance animations for its sales teams and thus challenge them.
